The host family went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and special as possible. We were welcomed with drinks upon arrival in their local restaurant. He organised us a private evening tour of the lake for longer and cheaper than anywhere we saw in town with a really friendly guide. The food in their restaurant was delicious! And the family always greeted us with a sincere smile.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect! It'just a few minutes away from Virpazar, making it an ideal base for exploring Skadar Lake and enjoying nearby hiking tours. The bungalows are very comfy and practical, located in a quiet, peaceful setting right next to a small river and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. There’s also a charming little restaurant on the property that serves delicious local food and offers unique souvenirs like homemade liquors, wine, and honey. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

Fabuleux allez y les yeux fermés

Absolument tout , un humanisme qui fait chaud au cœur , ce type est génial il fait tellement de chose pour le confort de ses hôtes. Ses petites cabanes sont chaleureuses, très bien équipées, ( chauffage Clim réversible,, petit restaurant que des produits locaux , une gentillesse à toute épreuve, une joli balade pour rejoindre une cascade à proximité, une générosité rare etc etc ) ce serait une erreur de ne pas passer au moins une nuit la bas. La cerise sur le gâteau, parfaitement adapté pour les motards avec en plus son frère voisin et mécano disponible pour réparer ce que tu veux) je mets camp river sur le podium de mes nombreuses réservations pendant mon road trip.

La météo qui malheureusement était froide et venteuse mais largement compensé par la chaleur de la famille d’Andreas

Montenegrische Idylle am Skutarisee

Angekommen im River Camp wurden wir herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt und durften sogleich im kleinen Gastraum Platz nehmen. Bei einem Wein & Bier lernten wir auch sogleich das wichtigste Wort der montenegrischen Landessprache: Živjeli! Das Abendessen war mit Lachs, Chicken, Käse und Salat ganz „domestic“. Die Hütten stehen hinter einer Reihe von Obstbäumen und sind neu, gepflegt sowie mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Sanitäranlagen stehen unweit entfernt & sind ebenfalls neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastleute sind überaus herzlich. Dieser Ort lädt durch sein ursprüngliches Umfeld und die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber zum Verweilen ein. Pünktlich um 5:40 Uhr versuchte der Hahn am Platz einen Weckruf, was sich mit Ohropax überhören und weiterschlafen lies. Alles in allem haben wir hier sehr gerne eine Übernachtung verbracht.

Andrea et Sania nous ont accueilli avec le sourire et plein de gentillesse. Ils ont fait en sorte que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement bien. Et ils ont reussi. Mention spéciale pour la carpe marinée ( un régal) et la bonne odeur du linge. Un grand merci à vous

tout! les proprio sont des vrais sucres, tres attentif malgre la barriere de la langue ils font de leur mieux pour qu’on se comprennent et vraiment au petits soins. ils font a manger avec des portions tres genereuses et de super qualité, je recommande sans aucun doute! les chambres sont également climatises ce qui est top!

le réseau wifi est pas des meilleurs mais on a quand meme beaucoup apprecie notre séjour

Accueil exceptionnel

Accueil local parfait et très chaleureux. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée aux côtés d Andrea et Sania, merci beaucoup . On s est senti comme à la maison dans une ambiance montenegrine. Le top et excellent souvenir gravé dans notre memoire. Le linge de maison sent particulièrement très très bon. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Un lit double aurait été un plus mais pour une nuit cela nous a pas du tout dérangé.

Un très chouette lieu d’étape (car un peu éloigné des lieux à visiter)

Les petites cabanes sont agréables à vivre: propres, cosy et avec l’air conditionné. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon! (Concocté avec les produits de leur ferme) Et le couple était adorable et très accueillant.

Un meilleur fléchage permettrait de trouver l’endroit plus facilement!

Super mooi verblijf met een super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Ze proberen het zo aangenaam mogelijk voor je te maken en zijn erg enthousiast. Er hangt een gezellige sfeer. Als je je echt even tussen de locals wilt bevinden, dan is dit super!! Het huisje was heerlijk gekoeld bij aankomst en de bedden lagen heerlijk

Andrea ist ein Gastgeber wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe! Mit so viel Herzblut hat er sich das Camp und Cafe River aufgebaut und nimmt dir jeden Wunsch ab und sorgt dafür, dass du dich wie zuhause fühlst, was spätestens nach 2 Stunden der Fall ist. Man wird rundumsorgt: es gibt immer was zu Essen von seiner eigene Farm zu fairen Preisen, Klimatisierte Unterkunft, Tips für die Umgebung und egal was für Wünsche man sonst noch hat, er kümmer sicht darum.

Het mooie huisje. Alles nieuw, schoon en fris. Rustige omgeving. Vriendelijke host en kon heel lekker koken. Wij zijn er 2 nachtjes geweest dat is voldoende. Man bracht ons ook naar het centrum terug. Heel aardig.

De omgeving bij het huisje viel wat tegen. Verder prachtige natuur daar.De afstand naar het centrum was best ver lopend.

Heerlijk, in de natuur! 🫶

In de buurt van het skadar meer, erg leuke en mooi ingerichte huisjes. Erg schoon en lekker geurde beddengoed. De gast heet en vrouw zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ze hebben dieren en maken zelf Yochurt, kaas.. Ook serveren ze een heerlijk ontbijt. Een aanrader! Wat een lieve mensen!

Nog geen gordijnen voor de raampjes… wij hingen er shirts voor 😉
