Apartment itself is new and has everything you need. It even has an air-fryer! Although the space is limited, we felt like there was everything you need. The apartment is at the first floor but there were no problems whatsoever (noise from people entering the building). The hostess is the real gem- she helped us with everything we needed and was always available. Both kitchen and shower had hot water.
We value our sleep a lot but, unfortunately, during our stay there was constant construction going on at the nearby sites. I get it the area is new but there was one day they started at 3am and finished at 10pm. It was extremely irritating as even ear plugs didn't help. You would also need to have a car or call a taxi here as walking distances could be punishing. It takes 10 minutes to get to a small shop and around 20 minutes to get to those larger grocery stores by foot. During these trips expect to fight for road dominance with the incoming vehicle traffic as there are no pedestrian walking paths for the most of the distance.
