Die Ausstattung wirkte sehr alt und zusammengestückelt.

De gastheer is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam ! Locatie is ideaal en fijn parkeerplek voor de deur . De rust is fijn en je kan lekker buiten zitten . Wij zijn heel tevreden ! De voorzieningen zijn liefdevol , er is zelfs wasmachine , koelkast , koffie machine . De prijs is erg laag en voor die prijs vond ik het heel goed ! Ontbijt is lekker en vers !

The location was convenient, within walking distance of the main pedestrian street in Shkodër. The room itself was adequate for a short stay, and breakfast was included, which we appreciated.

The main issue was that the room we received did not match the reservation. The booking clearly stated that the room had a private bathroom, but the bathroom was being used by other people. When I contacted the host, I was told that it was the cleaning staff using it. Regardless of who was using it, the bathroom was not private as advertised. Instead of offering a proper solution, the host told us that if we were not happy, they would refund half of the amount and we could leave. I did not consider this an appropriate way to handle the situation. The host also justified the issue by saying that we had been given a room with air conditioning, but that does not replace a private bathroom that was part of the booking. In addition, there was significant noise around 2:00 a.m., which disturbed our sleep. I also hope the response to this review focuses on the facts instead of dismissing guests’ concerns. My expectation was simply to receive the room that was advertised, including the private bathroom that was part of the reservation.
