Great Location! Super clean apartment. Astonishing view from the city’s main square. Easy checkin and checkout procedure. Friendly staff and ready to help. Definitely will return again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay as it was a spacious and comfortable home for our two families with a great view of the fountain, where the kids enjoyed watching a dog chase after the birds, for the price we paid.

The only things we did not like was advertising there was free parking included with the home, but it's not guaranteed. There were a couple dishes that were dirty but easily could be cleaned.

Très difficile de se garer gratuitement dans les rues et même au parking privé qui est très cher. Le linge de maison séchant sur la terrasse nous avons dû nous en occuper pour utiliser l'étendage.

We stayed at this apartment in Shkodër for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. The apartment is very minimally equipped. More importantly, we had no running water on two separate occasions during our stay. This meant we couldn’t shower or flush toilets before heading out on a demanding hike, and again had no water on the morning of our departure from the flat. This is a basic necessity and had a direct impact on our plans. We reported the issue both times, but the response from the owner was slow and insufficient. The first time, the issue was only acknowledged late in the day (we messaged around 6 am), with no clear action taken until around 5 pm. They didn’t keep us updated on whether the problem was fixed, and we had to chase for an answer, only to be told there was no problem. To us, there did not appear to be a meaningful attempt to resolve the situation during our stay, nor was there any apology or offer of compensation. Our messages about the lack of water on the day of departure went unanswered, until we were abruptly asked “hey, where is the money?”, which felt particularly inappropriate given the circumstances. We managed to document the lack of running water on our last day as we felt gaslit the first time. They didn’t seem to care, as we were leaving anyway. Additionally, the boiler was dripping throughout the night, which added to the overall discomfort. They also denied this was happening. It’s also worth noting that there are early morning mosque calls to prayer around 4am, which may be disruptive for light sleepers. However, this was not an issue for us. Overall, while the property has potential, the absence of essential amenities and the lack of responsive, accountable communication made this a frustrating stay.
