The property was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The host was welcoming, responsive and very helpful with local tips. Everything was exactly as described - excellent value for money!

Nothing major. If I had to mention something, the Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger in some areas, but it didn't affect our stay.

The interior was very spacious (we were 4 and used 4 beds in one bedroom + there was another bedroom for 4 and livingroom/kitchen). It was very clean, all worked. Air conditioning was not needed, since it is in the mountains by the Komani Lake. Free parking space in front of the building. Excellent location near Fierze, Komani lake, beautiful mountains. If you like strange experiences and comfortable apartments, book it!

The outside and particularly the corridors of the building look like from a horror movie Shining. The owner communicated in English by WhatsApp, that a person will be onsite. When looking for someone, I found a very old lady in the corridor on the 2nd floor with a stick, who I followed to the flat at the end of the 2nd floor, where a mid-aged man guided me to the apartment at the end of the 3rd floor together with his English-speaking daughter. Using his phone, we communicated with the owner and I succeded to reduce the price to the Genious price shown by my booking. Some kitchen utensils {big knife, pot) were missing.
