Location was in a cute neighborhood. Coffee shops,restaurants and grocery stores only steps away. Lots of things to do nearby. Room had a lovely balcony with a view of the city's skyline. Elevator was easy to get to, very wheelchair friendly and pet friendly! Had a lovely stay. Can definitely recommend it.
City construction noise during the day, if you want to sleep in, bring white noise or earplugs.

The staff are so nice and flexible. I changed my booking dates twice and they accepted my changes without any problem. They are also responsive and very helpful. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is small but it is good with a mountain view.
The small curtain is thin and transparent. It is better to be replaced by another thick one.

The room was big. It had airconditioning. There was soap and the shower was somewhat clean.
I had to pay a commission which was not mentioned on the website. I was promised a parking space, but did not receive it. As a result I had a parking ticket. The towels in the room were still wet. There was no toilet paper. The curtains were see-through (what?), the bed matras was crooked
