There are many safe online gateway solutions for the payments but the owner chose to collect it in cash when he’s free to pass by. otherwise he will call and send endless messages until you pay. moreover, he does not give you any cash receipt document which seemed suspicious, and when I asked for one he pulled the first paper he saw, which was a medical report, and wrote few sentences stating the amount but forgot to write the names and sign it. I laughed when I received it. these little things annoyed me and I wouldn’t go back unless they change.
