Nähe zum See und zur Stadtmitte. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Fenster sind offensichtlich sehr gut gedämmt.
Der sehr alte Fußboden und die alte Holztreppe knarrten bei jedem Schritt. Das WC ist nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Der sehr großflächige alte Balkon lädt leider nicht zum Verweilen ein.
