Super location.

Location of hotel is perfect. Hotel was clean. Free parking. The temperature was ok because we arrived early and use AC to warm it up.

Bathroom... If you take a shower, water is in whole room :D There was a hole in the wall covered with some poster or something like that :D

Great place in walking distance of the city centre

This is a great place to explore the city centre. They have a parking space next to the hotel where you can leave your car. Value for your money, since breakfast is also included. The breakfast is good as well.

Location is great, you can walk to everything.

The hotel allowed smoking indoors. In the dining room. Absolutely disgusting. The rooms were also quite literally falling apart. The door in one bedroom came right off its hinges the first day, and the hotel never fixed it. Another door had the handle fall off--that too was not fixed.

The breakfast was really delicious.It had everything a breakfast should have.We left the table overly satiated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the centre. The rooms were big and the beds very comfy. The breakfast was good

not the best hotel of Prizren

the apartment was large, and the bed was very comfortable. the balcony is a good thing ! and there is a parking if you come in car it’s very practical

no wifi in the room, only in the stairs, not good! it was very cold in the apartment and we had to sleep in the same bed because there was not heating in the second room and in the bathroom. the shower was without pressure. and the check in was so unfriendly we had the impression of disturbing but at the check out the men was much warmer !!

Komunikimi nuk ishte sic e prisja, megjithese dukej biznes familjare pra punonin vete pronaret. Nuk dukeshin fort te kenaqur qe kishim rezervuar sidomos personi qe menaxhonte booking, gjithe inat na prezantoi se kishim per te paguar dhe 10 euro meqe kishim nderruar nje dhome nga dyshe ne treshe. Pagesen e kerkonin qe ne fillim kur merrje dhomen. Ambienti dukej I sajuar ne hotel, nuk te pyesnin a ju nevojitet ndonje gje, por dhe pandoflat qe kerkuam I sollen gjithe inat, me pak fjale nuk ta jepte kenaqesine qe ishe aty. Ne dhome per 4 vete gjendeshin nje pale pandofla dhe ato ishin per te njejten kembe. Ne dhomen me 3 vende ishin vetem 2 peshqira te medhenj te ashper. Ne asnje nga dhomat nuk kishte peshqire fytyre. Mengjesi I dites se pare u sherbye ne nje pjat te perbashket qe nuk mjaftonte as per 4 persona Jo per 7 persona qe ishim, ndersa diten e dyte u korrigjuan I sollen ne pjata te vecanta. Mengjesi nuk fillonte para ores 8 te mengjesit keshtu kush ka udhetime heret ndoshta mbetet pa mengjes. Nuk do shkoja per here te dyte ne kete vend.

Terrible place

My room door was broken, it always took me 10-15 min to open the door. There was never anyone at the front desk. Took a really long time to find someone who could help me open my door! (And he also just managed to open the door. I had booked a double deluxe room, and got a 20 square meter mini room. The front door was also broken.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. BOOKING is discredited with such hotels.

The worst hotel i have ever seen. The dirtiest. the elevator was not working. The common areas were dirty. The rooms are worse. The sheets and pillows smelled bad. They must not have been changed by a previous customer. The toilet also smelled very bad and was not clean when we entered the room. We had been asked to pay at the reception before going to the room. When we saw the room we decided to leave and we were not refunded. BOOKING is discredited with such hotels.
