Modern clean apartment in great location

The location for us was great being 5 minutes walk from the harbour, the heart of the old town and starting point for the open top bus. The facilities in the apartment were clean and modern. Communication with host was also very good.

The property was excellent and we loved being in the heart of things. The downside to this is the bar downstairs plays music till 1am, which could be and issue if you are a light sleeper

2nd time at these lovely apartments

Great location in the old town. Lovely roof terrace with hot tub. We stayed here last year and loved it so much we came back! The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The bed is firm which suits us nicely and the pillows and sheets were good quality. Little kitchen with fridge and kettle and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. 5 mins walk to the beach. All perfect.

Excellent positioned apartment

Excellent position on the main restaurant & bar strip. Only 10 minutes walk into Old Town. Aircon efficient & fast. Immediate communication. Easy checkin. Quite good soundproofing. We had a very late flight & after requesting late checkout they were kind enough to extend it to later in the afternoon.

A little confusing with the description & the outdoor/spa area is not attached to the apartment. Step steps & no hand railing might be troublesome for some. Very light on in the kitchen equipment-cutting board, tea towel, sharp knife, bottle opener & a toaster should standard

Excellent location and a large room

The place is located in an excellent position. Everything is nearby. The host was really friendly and helped us with all of our questions. In addition to the above the room was larger than what we are used to with a small balcony that can be used to relax while watching the sea.

There was a bad smell in the WC coming (most probably) from the sewer. Unfortunately, this didn't disappear during our whole stay although they tried to cover it up by using intensively and at large cleaning products.

Perfect Location for a Stay in Rethymno!

The property is in a great location, the showers were super hot (which I love), and quiet mornings on the balcony were so peaceful!

The property was excellent! I have no complaints about my specific stay. That being said, if you are a light sleeper, I would avoid a front facing room with a balcony. It was not a huge issue for me, but I am a deep sleeper and I was not there during the high tourist season where that main strip near the beach is more crowded and noisier.

A beautiful apartment in the perfect location.

We stayed in the Clio suite. Excellent location on the main strip by the old town. Clean and bright. Window overlooked a busy shopping street good for people watching but was very quiet with windows closed. Apartment was serviced each day. Air con was great. Communication with provider was very clear and helpful.

The balcony area, although fantastic, is not attached to the room. You have to go up a (very private) stairs, We didn’t meet a single other person our whole stay. This wasn’t very clear in the description. That being said, the space was enormous and facilities were amazing.

Everything was as expected. The place is in the perfect location and the heart of the community by the water and beach and has many great options for food and entertainment. I would recommend to anyone.

Perfect for families, perfect for couples.

The right room, in the right place, in a value for money price in 2022. Rethymno is beautiful in winter too. So give it a shot in a "off season" period of time. The tavern 10 meters from the hotel is fair and the food is desent. Of course there are a lot of choises but it's nice when everything is close by.

If i must say something... There are one or two minor things but... the worst is that the hotel keeps getting good valuations so the prices of the rooms might go up... (◠‿・)

Excellent stay

Very centrally located in the old town. Very accomodating for an early check in/keeping bags for us after check out/providing a cot for our children. Beautiful apartment, very clean, very stylish. Lovely private rooftop terrace area with hot tub for each apartment.

Stairs up to the apartment were a bit tricky with kids/a pram but we knew this would be the case in the old town so can't blame the property for this. Another minor point was uncomfortable pillows.

Fabulous stay in Rethymno! Amazing rooftop, harbor view, and central location.

A wonderful sea view, especially from the rooftop in the hot tub! Nice options for breakfast served in the downstairs restaurant. Very comfortable bed and the room was surprisingly quiet even with the restaurants below. Our host met us and carried our luggage up all of the stairs. Very friendly and helpful with all of our needs.

It would be nice to have non-fabric chairs on the rooftop that could be easily dried after the rain. Sometimes the food smell from the grill restaurant below was strong and we needed to close the window.

Exceptional

I visited the property with my best friend on the 6th of January and we had an amazing time. The suite is located in a central area on the beach in the Old Town. There is a plethora of entertainment choices literally under your feet and despite their proximity from the suite, the property is rather quite, having no trouble sleeping. The host has been super friendly and always available to satisfy our needs. The BEST part though is the private jacuzzi on the top floor!!!! We are definitely coming back again!!!
