Very convenient location not far from centre. Also metro station was 5min walk away. Nice spacious apartment. Plenty of wardrobe space.
A couple of things need attention which we reported. Cleaning staff should have noticed that these things were broken and should have reported them. This was a high quality apartment but please realise that not everyone travels by car. Many guests will have arrived by public transport. We should not be expected to carry dishwasher tablets and rubbish bags. If you want us to clear rubbish regularly and to leave all dishes clean then provide us with the means to do so. You can not buy single dishwasher tablets nor single rubbish bags. So please provide enough for the number of days guests have booked.

L'appartement Chic Alves Appartement est très bien situé, spacieux, joliment aménagé et propre. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de rangements et il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipements ménagers. Il est traversant Est Ouest (idéal pour les courants d'air). Merci à Marta et l'équipe i-Wish
Seuls bémols : nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de la clim, et, tous petits détails : il n'y a qu'un seul torchon et pas de pinces à linge...

La ubicación
Habían mobiliarios rotos, dañados. La calefacción no se podía apagar y hacia calor y al dejar las ventanas abiertas se llenó de mosquitos, no había aire acondicionado, las toallas estaban en pésimo estado.
