GuestReady - Cn Apartment

The apparment is very central - you have a bus stop and Campo 24 Agosto Metro station right around the corner. There are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy in walking distance. Even though the street is a quite rowdy one at night - there is definitely street prostitution as other people already mentioned before - I never felt unsafe, even as a woman going out alone at night. The appartment is spacious and was quite clean - here and there it should be cleaned more thoroughly. There are a working dish washer and a washing machine which was really handy. The check in was very smooth - the keys are now in a key safe close to the house so it was very easy to check in. Wifi also works without problems.

The bathroom really needs some repairs. The shower floods the bathroom because there is no door to keep the water inside and there is black mold underneath the bath mat and in the corners of the room since there is no ventilation - you have to keep the bathroom door open after showering. The whole room always feels kinda clammy. Apart from that one peg for the bath towels was broken as well as the bathroom cabinet - this one also due to moisture. The appartment is very badly soundproofed, you hear a lot of your neighbours both up and down. The man underneath us had a very bad cough - we heard it all the time.

Meget værdi for pengene. Stor lejlighed.
