La posizione è molto strategica, ma la zona è molto rumorosa e trafficata durante il giorno, e di notte, essendo vicino al centro, capita che passino ragazzi visibilmente alterati gridando (2 notti su 3)
La struttura non è molto pulita (il pavimento specialmente, e anche i vetri delle finestre) e l’arredamento è vecchio e trascurato (mobili rovinati, divano con buchi di sigaretta e sporco). Avrebbe bisogno di una rinnovata. È soprattutto un segnale di trascuratezza più che un vero problema, probabilmente una struttura usata principalmente per fare soldi con il turismo di massa piuttosto che pensata per una vera ospitalità.

Оригінальне приміщення, спочатку не зрозуміло було, що це 1 велика кімната по середині якої знаходиться острівок з усіма зручностями (шафа, кухня, ванна кімната). Досить оригінально для 2-4 осіб.
За вікном шумно , але така локація, багато людей, але ставні закриваються, і стає тихіше.

Muy bien situado, cerca de muchos de los sitios más importantes de Porto, para poder ir andando. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Parquing en la misma calle.
Falta revisar algunas cosas que no funcionan bien: alguna ventana no abre bien, la puerta del baño no corre bien. Falta luz en el comedor por la noche, no hay suficientes lámparas. Solo hay 3 sillas y el apartamento es para 4. Faltaria menaje de cocina y pequeño electrodomestico como una tostadora
