La vue, l’emplacement proche de la ville et de la plage.
Piscine pas chauffée dommage.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Villa auf 2 Stöcken. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Grosszügige Terrasse mit Blick auf Bucht von St.Gilles les Bains. Sympathischer Empfang inkl. Willkommensgetränke und Früchteschale.
Leider war der Pool nicht wie beschrieben von Anfang an beheizt. Boden war ziemlich schmutzig, aber Rest wie Küche, Bad/Toilette und Räume tipptopp.

A great place at Saint Gilles. Fully equipped, clean and very spacious. The Consierge is very helpful including the possibility of doing the early check-in. The terrace is amazing however the roof of next building is a bit destroying the ocean view, especially from the pool.
Shops and restaurants in a 5–10 mins walking distance.
Unfortunately, on both sides of the building there are ongoing construction works - it makes noise from early morning. I know the owner has no impact on it and it is temporary but if somebody wants to sleep in the morning it can be a challenge.
The access to the villa is very steep so if renting a car good to take it into consideration.
Overall, it was a very nice stay with some small issues mentioned above.

Appartement très bien équipé pour une famille- situé en hauteur surplombant la mer et très près du centre ville a pieds.
La pente pour y accéder est difficile en voiture
En ce moment (mars2025) des constructions des 2 cotés gênent en poussières et bruits des 6h30 du matin ceci dit ça tombe pendant notre séjour mais pas toute la vie :)
