Set within an extraordinary 30,000 m² estate, the Domaine des Manguiers welcomes you to a unique natural paradise in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. There, you’ll discover expansive grounds featuring mango trees, lychee trees, banana plants, and over 1,000 fruit trees.
Wide avenues lined with coconut palms, landscaped paths, relaxation areas, and a natural hill that allows you to admire the sunset over Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, its harbor, and its lights every evening via a private path... a rare place where nature, tranquility, and luxury come together.
Villa Mangue Lise was specifically designed to be accessible to everyone. Built to PMR (people with limited mobility) standards with spacious interiors, its access points are fully adapted: the hallways are wide, the restrooms are equipped with grab bars, and the showers are fully walk-in. A lift chair can also be installed to facilitate access to the pool. It combines comfort and elegance in a tropical setting. Everything has been thoughtfully designed for an inclusive stay without compromising on sophistication.
It features four master bedrooms, complemented by an optional adjoining bedroom, as well as four modern and functional bathrooms.
The bright living room opens onto an intimate terrace and a private pool, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV. The villa includes a speaker, a bolero (hat), a rice cooker, a crib, a high chair, and a changing table. For guests’ comfort, foutas (beach towels) are provided according to the number of guests. A Nespresso coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, and a citrus juicer round out the amenities. Breakfast can be served upon request so you can fully enjoy your stay in a peaceful and refined setting.

We ask that you treat the property as if it were your own. Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Cleanliness & Waste Management
Please separate your trash and use the appropriate bins:
General waste: standard trash can
Recyclables: recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, etc.)
Glass: Dispose of exclusively in the designated glass containers
It is prohibited to leave trash bags in common areas or outside the accommodation.
No smoking
The accommodations are completely smoke-free, including near the windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in ashtrays, not on the ground.
Respect for the Neighborhood
Out of consideration for the neighbors, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Guests & Events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of occupants may not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
Safety & Energy Conservation
Please remember:
When leaving the accommodation, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances
Close the windows and lock the door before you leave
On the day of your departure, we ask that you:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher
Return furniture and items to their original
We have implemented a personalized check-in process managed by a dedicated receptionist.
Pre-arrival contact: Your receptionist will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your arrival and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (Arrival): Arrival time: between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM (a surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM upon request). Upon your arrival, you will be greeted directly at the accommodation to receive your keys in person. An inventory check will be conducted with you upon arrival to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (Departure): Departure time: before 10:00 a.m. On the day of your departure, an inventory check will also be conducted, followed by the return of the keys.
Security deposit: 2,500 € via credit card authorization
