It is prohibited to leave trash bags in common areas or outside the accommodation.
No Smoking
The accommodations are a completely smoke-free facility, including areas near the windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays, not on the ground.
Respect for the Neighborhood
Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests & Events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of guests may not exceed the number specified in the reservation.

When leaving the accommodation, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances
Close the windows and lock the door before you leave
On the day of your departure, we ask that you:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher
Return furniture and itemsto their original places
We have set up a personalized check-in process, which is handled by a dedicated receptionist.
Prior Contact: Your front desk staff member will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your arrival and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (Arrival): Arrival time: between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (A surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 p.m. upon request). Upon your arrival, you will be met directly at the accommodation to receive the keys in person. An inventory check will be conducted with you upon arrival to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (Departure): Check-out time: before 10:00 a.m. On the day of your departure, a final inspection will also be conducted, and the keys will be returned.
