Villa Alma is a villa located in the hollow of a very quiet cul-de-sac, just 1 minute from everything you will need for your stay.
This villa will be perfect if you are looking for absolute calm, the freshness of a well-ventilated house and you want to leave the car behind to get around on foot.
The unique architecture of the house will allow you to enjoy 4 different terraces so that each of the guests can have their own space when needed.
The villa has:
- 5 BEDROOMS
- a SWIMMING POOL
- 4 TERRACES
- AREA of nearly 300m²! 175m² HABITABLE and 125m² of terraces.
- an adjoining STUDIO with 3 beds (a double bed + a single bed) + a shower room and toilet
For the comfort of the stay you will find:
- 2 bathrooms + 1 in a bedroom upstairs (private shower).
In a more concise way:
On the first floor:
- 70m² terrace communicating with the pool and the garden
- the living room with TV, kitchen and dining area
- a second rear terrace with barbecue area
- 1 bedroom with double bed overlooking the pool
- 1 children's bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 single beds).
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bathroom with double sink + bath + shower cubicle
Upstairs:
- a terrace of 22m²
- a second terrace of about 20 m² with sofa relaxation area
- 1 master bedroom (double bed 160) with balcony, shower, private washbasins
- 1 bedroom with double bed (bed 160) with washbasins
- 1 bedroom with double bed (bed 140)
- a waxed concrete bathroom with shower and single sink
- 1 separate toilet
Access to the villa is simple, either through a gate or through the entrance gate.
No car inside for the respect of the lawn.
Outside the villa you can easily park up to 5 vehicles in the shade of the trees.
You will be asked to:
- A mandatory cleaning fee of €210 or €250 (if you also occupy the studio) will be required upon arrival.
If the entrance is on a Sunday or a public holiday, additional cleaning fees may be requested.
- a deposit of 2000€ in check. The deposit check will be returned after 3 phases of control: 1) the inventory of fixtures at the end of the building, 2) the visit of the cleaning ladies, 3) the entry of the following tenants.
Parties are forbidden for the respect of the neighborhood and any nuisance that may affect the peace of the neighbors is strictly prohibited.
Tenants are required to leave free access to the accommodation for any repair or cleaning intervention that may allow the resolution of a malfunction or failure observed. The fact of opposing an intervention renders null and void the possibility for the tenant to make a claim for compensation of any kind at the end of his stay.
