About this villa rental
Villa Solemaris is a beautiful tropical haven of peace located in Grand Fond (3 minutes from St Gilles les Bains) in a secure and quiet development next to shops of all kinds (bakery, physiotherapist, gas station, supermarket etc...).
It is only 3 minutes from the beach by car.
The villa has a beautiful living room (with open kitchen) which distributes the 4 bedrooms on these two wings and the terrace with a view of the garden and swimming pool.
There is also a mezzanine with sofa bed.
This means that 10 people can stay there.
Calm is omnipresent and must be respected at all times for the respect of the neighborhood.
Each wing of the house has a toilet independent and a bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen with its central island allows for very convivial moments. For meals you will also have an outdoor space on the terrace with a view of the garden.
Access to the accommodation will be through the entrance of the secure development. The villa has two entrances with two gates allowing you to park 2 cars. You will also have parking spaces outside the house.
Other remarks
Parties are forbidden for the respect of the neighborhood and any nuisance that may affect the peace of the neighbors is strictly prohibited.
Evjf and Evg are forbidden as well as the use of musical speakers.
