This exceptional villa of 180m² with neat decoration, recently renovated, located in a popular residential area of St-Gilles, will be the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday in Reunion Island.
The layout of the different living spaces with the large veranda, the heated swimming pool in winter, and the independent studio will allow you to take full advantage of this unique place.
Suitable for 10 people, it will welcome you with family or friends in a friendly and cosy atmosphere.
Outside, you will enjoy a large veranda with a dining table for 10 people, as well as a comfortable summer lounge overlooking the heated natural stone swimming pool. And on the side of the house you can appreciate the green and wooded garden, offering a small outdoor kitchen (water point, ceramic barbecue, tripod and gas plancha...).
On the first floor, you will find 1 air-conditioned double bedroom (sleeps 160) tastefully decorated, a walk-in shower bathroom, a separate toilet, and a beautiful living room with open kitchen equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob, central island for 4 people...) and a large living room with a comfortable sofa to watch TV (5G SFR internet, Canal+ integral with Disney and Netflix). For the more dynamic, a table football is available for real moments of conviviality!
Upstairs, in addition to a nice sea view, you will benefit from a magnificent air-conditioned master suite (sleeps 160) with private terrace (sea view), dressing room, and a double sink bathroom with walk-in shower, which can be shared with a third air-conditioned family bedroom (sleeps 160 + 2 single bunk beds).
An air-conditioned studio (can be independent) completes this set, with a 140 bed, bathroom (shower), equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, 2-burner hob...) washing machine, and small private terrace with a cocooning Balinese sofa.
No problem of parking with 2 spaces inside the property, and spaces outside just in front of the house.
You will be close to many activities: hiking (Aigrettes basins), Maïdo, mountain biking, swimming, diving, boats, dolphin and whale safari, big game fishing, shops, restaurants, bars...

L'Ermitage has the most famous beach on the island with its famous lagoon. Very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy attractions such as its fairground market every Sunday, its casuarinas on the beaches of the Lagoon, its shops and bars/restaurants with your feet in the sand. The sunsets are simply magical. The tamarind route is also nearby and gives you access to all the must-see places on the island.
