check in super facile con l'app apposita, staff top , avevamo chiesto se si poteva fare il check in anticipato e ci sono venuti incontro molto gentilmente. camera pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort! posizione strategica per il centro di firenze e anche per l'ippodromo del visarno in caso si vogliano vedere dei concerti come abbiamo fatto noi.

Con oltre 40 gradi in città, sarebbe stato carino trovare anche una bottoglietta piccolina in frigo. Consiglio di oscurare la finestrella che è accanto al letto perché quando qualcuno passa nel corridoio, di notte, si accende la luce e ci si sveglia

The room was clean and well equipped. The location is convenient, many attractions and restaurants are within a 15 minute walking distance. The self check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow.
The noise from the street could be heard at night, but the area was generally quiet even on the weekend so it did not bother us that much.

Good location. Quieter area in the embassy type district. Very responsive gentlemen to deal with which was good.
