Elegant Apartment Outside ZTL & 10min from Center

The apartment has a washing machine which was very useful in our case. Also there is a small living room with a sofa, as the bedroom is quite small.

The street is scary, a lot of suspicious people even during the day arguing and sitting with alcoholic drinks, looking like homeless people. The apartment is very dusty and dirty with strange smell. It needs a really good cleaning (windows, walls, pavement, fans, etc.).

Okay so - you get exactly what you read in the comments. Shabby chic etc but the staff is so nice, like we travelled to Florence from Milan and they asked upfront which train we’re taking so they can monitor the delays (always a delay in Italy) so when my train was delayed literally two hours I was pretty chill cause they knew, and we scheduled another check in time. As someone who used to manage b&b I understand that the check in time is important cause nobody wants to be on duty 24/7 to let people in, it’s super draining so nice that they were nice about it. That place could be super cute if they tweaked it a little, clean the shutters and renew the shower, change the bulb colour in the bathroom to something warmer cause it’s giving surgery vibes. The rest was fine there were plenty of cooking utensils beds were comfy staff was nice, super easy to get to city centre if you have two legs and can walk. If they did renovations it would be a really lovely place. But if you do your booking in advance you can get much better standard in this price. Nevertheless I’ve enjoyed my stay knowing exactly what I’m getting.

la ubicación es excelente, el lugar es cómodo, en un segundo piso que permite tener privacidad y una buena vista del barrio, el espacio es amplio y bien equipado con lo necesario. El lugar está equipado con muebles antiguos casi en su totalidad. La atención del operador fue rápida y eficiente.

el clima, dado que visité en junio si se requiere aire acondicionado para disfrutar el espacio a plenitud, se resuelve con ventiladores pero a veces no es suficiente.

Квартира действитель находится недалеко от центра, окна выходят на улицу, но ночью довольно спокойно. Шума от соседей тоже не слышали. В апартаментах новый холодильник, микроволновая печь и стиральная машина. Газовая колонка тоже новая, и к ее работе нет никаких нареканий: горячая вода для принятия душа течёт без всяких перерывов. Сотрудники, бывшие с нами на связи, были доброжелательны и предупредительны.

В квартире старая, обветшалая и неудобная мебель с неприятным запахом внутри, на один из стульев страшно садиться, так как ножки качаются. Во многих местах пыль не убрана (на ножках мебель, на плафоне торшера, на сушителе для полотенец в ванной комнате. Аптечка со средствами первой медицинской помощи была абсолютно пуста. Три дня у нас не было сигнала WiFi, а находится где-то вне квартиры. Спустя три дня сотрудники предложили нам подключиться к другому роутеру, и тогда сигнал был слабый, но он все же появился. Кухонное полотенце, кухонная тряпка и средство для мытья посуды отсутствовали, удалось выпросить только моющее средство. Кровать была ужасной. По сути это два легких каркаса, никак между собой не скреплённых, и дешевые мягкие матрасы. Ночью во время сна кровати постоянно отползали друг от друга, и между спящими образовывалась щель в 10-20 см.
