Padua short stay

Bathrooms were nice. Rooms felt crapped but were warm.The representative met us out of hours. Plenty of Car parking spaces. Short distance to a supermarket.

Representative did not speak English. No lock on main entrance door from roadside allowing access to general public to apartment block. Advert states B&B but no breakfasts provided. One of the camp beds was broken. One of the lounges smelt heavily of smoke so unable to eat in it and family including child and baby had to all sleep in bedroom.

Very convenient location, near bus stop that takes you quickly to the city center. The host was kind and accommodating to our request for late check in. The main bed is very comfortable. The place is clean and provides enough comfort. The nearby restaurant is really great value for money, very delicious food - recommended by our host.

The place was full equipped with new stuff, spotless, nice people working there, 10 minutes far from the city centre by bus, near to supermarkets and cafes!

Very good

We were met at the entrance, everything was patiently explained well to us (we originally thought we booked an apartment with a balcony/terrace). The apartment is very spacious and was in good order. Clean towels, dishes - all good.

There was a strong cigarette smell inside which took a while to air out. We even washed our sheets on the next day (there is a washing machine there) and remove the duvet completely, as all the fabrics inside had that strong smell. But it became much better after washing. It was not clear that the windows go out onto the road, so it was a bit noisy. It had absolutely no staples, so when we bought salt/sugar, oil, we left some there - hopefully for future guests :)

The appartment is 20 minuets from the center. A bus every 30 minets. There was no facilitis in it(suger, salt...). No way to boil water for coffee. The stove didn't work. The host gave us the key without explaining anything.

Ho passato due nottate a causa di un allarme che il proprietario non ha saputo gestire (vd dettaglio

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della dipendente del gestore Carmen

Ho soggiornato per due notti, ed in entrambe non ho potuto dormire a causa di un allarme che continuava a suonare ad intervalli. Il proprietario dopo la prima notte, su mia segnalazione, ha fatto disattivare il termostato, che io pensavo responsabile del problema, visto che lui non si presentava per capire di cosa si trattasse. Ma il problema è rimasto, e dopo la seconda nottata trascorsa, a causa di questo suono che poi ho capito essere un sensore di rilevamento presenze posto all'ingresso, non solo non ha accettato nessuna forma di risarcimento procuratami dalle due nottate, ma non credeva neanche a quanto io sostenevo. Nessuna professionalità nè cortesia.

Struttura ottima

Appartamento comodo, ben fornito e pulito che si trova in eccellente posizione, a due passi letteralmente dalla fermata 10 del bus per andare in centro in dieci minuti. Vicino ad un paio di ottimi bar, e vicino anche in macchina a 3 minuti da un ottimo centro commerciale. Personale molto gentile. Bagno con doccia spaziale

La struttura è molto pulita e comoda: suggerisco eventualmente di aggiungere un paio di stoviglie in più e un gancio per appoggiare l'asciugamano in bagno

Freundlich und unkompliziert.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit des Gastgebers war sehr bemüht und herzlich. Wurden freundlich empfangen. Auch extra Wünsche bezüglich der Ankunftszeit wurden erfüllt.

War alles wunderbar. War nichts zu bemängeln.
