great location and lots of space in the apartment. clearly some upgrading is in progress which will be good when completed
it was not clean. the bathroom in particular was in need of a better clean the doors we’re all dirty and dusty and the surfaces needed a better clean
the top of the bannister at the top off the stairs was not fixed and fell off when touched. this is unsafe given the steepness of the stairs
