Lo que más me gustó fue a ubicación. Desde la terraza, podrías ver el mar, y estaba a un minuto caminando de la Caleta. Precio competitivo para una ubicación inmejorable.
Hay varios puntos a mejorar. El baño olía regular. Las paredes de una habitación (la de tres camas), estaba sin terminar de repellar, y con trozos sin pintura. Bastante precario. Tambien, habia un enchufe en mal estado al lado de una de las camas, algo bastante peligroso.

No hubo chequik, instalación obsoleto,no funciona campana extractora, tapa wc rotas, ventanas que no cierran, mobiliario insuficiente, un sofá de tres personas para 6, menaje de cocina escaso y roto . Falta de higiene,y cucarachas,en baño y cocina
