Penthouse with Jacuzzi Grupo AC Gestion

Not as well nice we hoped from looking at the photos. No hot water from sink which also leaked and we had to spend a long time mopping it up.

We LOVED the location and many things about the property. It was very comfortable and had a lot of what we were looking for in terms of value and amenities. We enjoyed the patio, jacuzzi & air conditioning. It had everything we needed.

There were a few minor issues- the awning on the patio is broken and this was not communicated. We thought WE had broken it when we tried to extend it. Not a deal breaker, but we could not sit outside during the day. It really should be fixed. The fuse box is hidden behind the chalk board - took us a while to find it to turn on the Jacuzzi! There were no cushions for the outside deck? We couldn’t figure out the hot water for the shower. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn’t! 😅 The bathroom sink doesn’t always drain. 👀 There was only one key and we were with our teenage children who wanted to go out at night & do their own thing. It’s not ideal so a copy would have been appreciated. None of these stopped us enjoying ourselves though. They could be and should be easily fixed.☺️

Great location in the old town. Close to the beach and the mercado (which was really lively every evening and such good value) as well as various bars and restaurants. Lovely, spacious apartment. The little roof terrace was nice but it does get windy!

The apartment came with parking which was great but it's a mission to get the car into the underground garage. And getting out has to be done in reverse. Its not easy!

The location was convenient, and the apartment itself had potential to be a comfortable stay. Check-in was straightforward, and the space was reasonably well equipped

Unfortunately, the property had a cockroach problem during our stay. We found them in the kitchen area and, more concerningly, on the bedding in the bedrooms. This was very unpleasant and made it difficult to feel comfortable. We also struggled to get a timely response from the host after reporting the issue.
