The property had garbage throughout the rooms when we checked in. There was significant damage to a lot of the blinds in the home. There were scuffs and holes in the wall of the stairwell. The owner states that the last clients did the damage which is understandable. The trash and disheveled look of the home upon entering was unsettling.

Location was great, a minute walk to all important shops needed for tourist. Excellent host and extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. We loved the stay, the apartment was spacious in Japan's landscape. Ideal for small kids as they have space to run around

Beds could have been better - some didnt prefer spring mattress

Charlie’s House is a fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions while still being peaceful and easy to access. The facilities are well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making the stay really enjoyable. What truly sets this place apart is the host. Olina is incredibly responsive and attentive—whenever we raised any issues, they were addressed promptly, and our requests were granted without delay. It made the stay feel seamless and worry-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Charlie’s House to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and hassle-free stay.
