Ocean Tsutenkaku

I like the location of our place. We stayed near the Tsutenkaku Tower and the Shinsekai Shotengai which is one of the landmarks in Osaka. I also like that there is a near bento place owned by an oba-san and a 300 meter walk from a supermarket. As for the place, it was a nice place and accommodates 6 people comfortably. We were 5 in the group. 3 adults and 2 kids. The price is also reasonable considering that it was June.

I prefer hotels that have a personal touch. I would have like them to have welcome drinks in the lobby like other hotels but I can't complain. Some candies and small snacks would have been great and somewhere to leave the luggage before our flight could have been a plus. They could have added a payment option for it and I would have availed. It is especially hard to walk to the station which is around 250 meters away especially when you have two kids with you.

Location is perfect matching my trip planning, near to the tower Tautenkaku/ Tenoji Zoo/ food street and JR station in 5 minutes walk.

Facility and cleanness are satisfied, staff is friendly.

Location is fantastic. Just next street is shopping and lots of restaurants. We were after Indian restaurant and it is literally next door. Bed Rooms were super clean, bathroom was fantastic, has all the amenities to do self cooking. Hosts were very receptive and their response was spot on. I do not have any hesitation to recommend this to anyone. Close to nearly 3 stations and transport to all major attractions was super smooth. Hosts were kind enough to message us, if we want to extend our stay and they are happy to extend. All and all very good experience.

Such a clean, comfortable and thoughtful experience. The photos provided an accurate representation. Sitting on the little deck in the evening was so nice. Train hubs very accessible and so many outstanding options for food. I reached out to request a late check out and was immediately able to connect with our property manager. Highly recommend. You’ll be so happy.
