The apartment has everything you need for your stay including all cooking facilities and a washing machine. It is located close to multiple train stations (10 minutes walk), good local restaurants and entertainment is literally minutes away as it is in the heart of Tsutenkaku with lots of arcade and carnival game shops, the Tsutenkaku Tower and across the road from the Tennoji Zoo!
The apartment is spacious compared to general Japanese accommodation, at least it was for the two of us. We used the second bed to store our luggage so it didn’t feel as cluttered.
It is a great place to base yourself while staying in Osaka! We will 100% stay again.
There was a damp/musty smell in the apartment which was a little unpleasant. I ended up buying air freshener as we were staying there for 7 nights.

No facility to hang clothes to dry. A pretty dodgy part of town, so I would not walk back to the hotel room at night. The couch and dining stools were stained and dirty.
