Was a little further than we thought from Hastings old town but that’s not the fault of the property

Loved staying at the place, its my second visit and Alison is always welcoming. The room is spotless , bed so comfortable, everything thought of. I wanted to go for a swim in the sea and Alison even gave me a beach towel. I cannot praise this place enough, its worth every penny and the breakfast is 11/10. Service superb, cleanliness top notch and its literally across the road to the beach and lots of shops nearby yet still so quiet.
The bed was a bit low for me but thats just my preferenvce, i stayed in room 4
