Toilet seat didn't stay up properly.

The room was good & your reception lady was friendly. No onsite parking was disappointing especailly as a large van was taking up 3 spaces. The stairwell was really dirty so I'd concentrate on that as oit was a real put off. The room was clean & the bed/linen were good.
