A comfortable bed and a really good shower.
Easy to find.
Plenty of street parking.
Nice garden.
Kept being asked if we had booked breakfast. We hadn't. Otherwise, okay.

A large guesthouse outside Hastings centre, where you were able to park easily on the street outside. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet.
It was a very tired room that needed updating. The en-suite was grubby and had a slight smell. The room needed a good clean.
