room was lovely , had everything we needed tea/coffee , water , Breakfast was great worth the money

James, my host, was most welcoming. The place is very well appointed with the most beautiful gardens (most unexpected.) My room was comfortable and clean.
The only gripe I have is that it is a little out of the way, and you will certainly keep fit by walking to it from St Leonard's itself.
