Wunderbar gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht rundherum mit den Olivenbäumen einfach toll. Und das geräumige und fantastisch eingerichtete Appartement/Wohnung , in unserem Fall nur für zwei, Luxus

Very spacious character property which has been very well converted. There are 2 large bedrooms and 2 high-end shower rooms. Very well equipped kitchen and living areas, with comfortable seating inside and externally. Lovely location, great view of Panicale and Lago Trasimeno, and set within large olive grove, and is quiet and relaxing. The hosts were attentive and the whole family made us extremely welcome. The property is very dog friendly. Highly recommended, super property.

This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. A beautiful interior combining modernity with a rustic atmosphere. The apartment is very spacious, and also very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is excellently equipped, there is a large TV with a comfortable sofa. Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. Amazingly chosen details and decorations create a great atmosphere. The owners live in the same building, but despite this, guests have a sense of complete privacy. Fillippo is very nice and also very helpful whenever any questions arise. Outside, there is a table and chairs from which you can admire the beautiful view of the lake and olive trees (and I think you can also have a barbecue there!). It's a 5-minute drive to the town (centre) of Panicale. If I ever have the chance to return to Umbria, I will definitely stay at Casolare Marconi again. THANK YOU!

everything was perfect

Everything was so great and authentic! We have been in several locations during the last few years, but this one is definitely the perfect one, as for the location, the place itself, and the owners. It has the Italian vibe that I imagined all my life. The place where I dream of coming back for a longer stay. Thank you for the love you put into the place!
