Everything was so great and authentic! We have been in several locations during the last few years, but this one is definitely the perfect one, as for the location, the place itself, and the owners. It has the Italian vibe that I imagined all my life. The place where I dream of coming back for a longer stay. Thank you for the love you put into the place!

Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment offering wonderful views from nearly every window, as well as from the patio. Ideally located in one of the most charming areas of Umbria, just moments from the picturesque village of Panicale, known for its excellent restaurants and breathtaking scenery. Surrounded by greenery, the setting is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the landscape.

The property was spectacular! Everything you could possibily imagine you needed was supplied and the accommodation was extremely clean, and very well appointed, there was even a Christmas tree and beautiful Christmas decorations and lights! The underfloor heating was on so the apartment was warm on our arrival. The linen and towels were all freshly laundered and very comfortable annd fresh smelling. Filippo, the host met us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know, he was really polite and helpful and spoke excellent English!
