Great location, lovely host

The room and the location were great. Convenient to park our car and easy to visit the little towns around the lake. Also Perugia was also close by. Breakfast was good, and Vania went above and beyond to accommodate us. We recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay around Lake Trasimeno!

Lovely position with beautiful views on the lake. Our room was spotless and roomy with everything you could need. Hostess Vania is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Tasty breakfast.

Everything was great!! Lovely front garden which Vania takes care of meticulously! The whole property is super clean. Vania was so lovely and made sure we were always satisfied with everything. Breakfast was great... especially her homemade chocolate tart which is delicious! :D

A lovely stay on the lake off the beaten track

Our host was extremely kind and helpful. We arrived hours late after getting lost on our bicycles. She waited and cheered us through and sent us off to the nearby lovely homely restaurant and served us a delicious breakfast the next morning.

The room was lovely, I don't think the pictures do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we turned up it's all recently renovated. The owner is brilliant and so helpful. The garden is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at Casa di Vania - beautiful rooms, very clean and located right opposite the ferry across to Isola Polvese. Vania is a great host, very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Vania was a really nice and helpful host. Breakfast was perfect with cereals, eggs and everything. The house, room and garden were really beautiful and the close distance to the lake is perfect.

On the rear side is a street and the neighbors were sometimes noisy.

It was in a lovely location near the lake and local restaurants . The decor was good , and the garden was attractive . There was an option of a cooked breakfast . The owner was extremely helpful and helped organise a taxi/transport for us .

Feeling like Home

We spent some lovely days in San Feliciano at Vania’s. We loved the place (a great mixture of modern and vintage style) and kindness of Vania, who gave us very useful advices on food, places and activities. We appreciated the cleanliness (we’d like to underline that we stayed after COVID-19) of the whole building. We do recommend this place so much!!!
