About this house rental
The house, a typical peasant house built between the second half of 1800 and early 1900 is situated in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 3 km from Lake Trasimeno, near the town of Mansfield, 20 km from Perugia, 35 KM Assisi, has been recently renovated but still retains all the characteristics it had in passato.Il small vineyard still producing excellent red wine and a special sweet wine produced by the same method called vin'santo grandparents, our olive trees is obtained one of the best extra virgin olive oil dop in the area. The house will be rented to one family at a time and includes the exclusive use of private parking.

We had a lovely time in this classic farmhouse. We were there during the heatwave but fans kept us comfortable at night.

"We spent a fantastic week at this beautiful old and tastefully modernised house. It was so peaceful and relaxing, the house is very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and the garden is a real corner of paradise. The surroundings and views are wonderful and the town of Magione is delightful. We found this a brilliant place for visiting the nearby delights of Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia...and many more.
The owners are extremely generous and kind in every possible way.
We can highly recommend this house to couples or to families - we're sure you'll be as delighted as we were. We were very sad when our holiday was at an end and we are planning to return as soon as we can.
