Wonderful Stay at L&D Apartment We stayed at L&D Apartment for a week, and it was truly a fabulous experience. Lia is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to make your vacation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She provided everything we could possibly need—and even more. During our stay, she surprised us with delicious homemade muffins one day and an excellent sugar-free lemon pie another day. The natural honey and olive oil from her farm were also absolutely delicious. The apartment was exceptionally well stocked with kitchenware, spices, bread, croissants, cookies, and many other thoughtful touches. Everything was new or nearly new, spotlessly clean, and there was no sign of odors or mold anywhere. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. You can spend hours relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the sea just a few meters away. The apartment is perfectly designed for two people and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are also two small beaches only a two-minute walk away, with crystal-clear water and a very private atmosphere. As a lovely farewell gift, Lia gave us some of her own olives, olive oil, and oregano, all of which were exceptionally flavorful and of excellent quality. We would love to come back and stay longer next time. Sithonia is a beautiful and very green destination, with many different beaches, often lined with large trees that reach almost to the water and provide wonderful natural shade. Thank you, Lia and Dimitris, for such a comfortable and memorable stay!

Great accommodation in N. Marmaras, located just a 5 minute walk from the town center. The view is phenomenal with nothing obstructing your view to the sea from your private balcony where you can clearly sea Porto Karras in the distance and the surrounding greenery. Most importantly, for those visiting by car, there is always available parking space outside the accommodation, in a town where parking is notoriously difficult. Supermarkets can be found in the surrounding area and all eateries are in walking distance. The fact that it is not located in the town center is great, as it facing the sea and there is always a nice breeze coming from the sea. The apartment was spotless, very clean and equipped to the maximum. Extra towels, sheets, pillows were available and the kitchen was also full of amenities, as if it would be in your own house. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The host had provided us with a 6 pack of water bottles and some biscuits and croissants for our breakfast, before our arrival. Even two beach seats and an umbrella were provided for us to use if we wanted. Finally, Lia, the host, is wonderful. She was there to welcome us and to say goodbye when we were leaving. Very kind and easy to communicate with in person and over the phone. She was even kind enough to make us some cupcakes! A great place and host! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to visit N Marmaras and the surrounding area.

Das Apartment liegt in einem modernen Haus, direkt am Ufer im nördlichen Bereich von Neos Marmaras, in der Akropoleos-Straße. Diese ist - wie viele Straßen in Marmaras - eine an manchen Stellen sehr steile Einbahnstraße und liegt völlig ruhig. Eine Hausnummer konnten wir nirgendwo in der Nähe entdecken. Zwischen Balkon und Meer (mit Blick auf die Kelyfos-Insel (Schildkröten-Insel) gibt's nur dieses Einbahnsträßchen, fast ohne Autoverkehr, in dem man gut parken kann, sogar im Baumschatten. Die Gastgeberin Lea wartete auf uns und empfing uns sehr herzlich auf Englisch. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Doppelhaus, in dem Leas Familienmitglieder anscheinend drei Wohnungen vermieten. Direkt neben uns wohnte dauerhaft Leas Mutter und die Vermieterin kam jeden Tag vorbei und fragte nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Leas Wohnung ist vollständig und umfangreich eingerichtet. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe, den steilen Berg hinauf und das Zentrum von Neos Marmaras ist fußläufig in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man an zwei guten Fischrestaurants vorbei. Dort haben auch die Fischerboote im Hafen angelegt. Die Gastgeberin war außerordentlich freundlich, herzlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Wir haben selten eine so gastfreundliche Atmosphäre erlebt.

Der Tisch bei der Küchenzeile ist etwas klein. Unser Vorschlag zur Verbesserung: Ein Klapptisch, den man zum Essen aufklappen und danach wieder schließen kann.
