Highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing place to spend with family or solo! First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. Big thanks to all the staff and especially Mariam for their hard job, excellent attitude and kind hearts! Wish you all the best and hope to see you soon!

We enjoyed it!

The apartments are fully equiped, new comfortable madrases, super clean. Each apartment has a moscitoes protection net. View is perfect. You can park a car in front of the building, no charge. Paradiso beach is 5 min walk away, and the city center is also 5 min on the other way. Great location. The hostes Mariam is so kind, helpfull, she made us wanting to stay a week more. Will be back for sure

It was in a great location and there was parking spots so we did not have to park the car somewhere far. The host Miss Maria was so sweet, nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nice.

The staff were very nice. The room was very comfortable, cosy and beautiful. We had everything we needed. The small kitchen was also convenient. We had a great view to the sea.

They changed the towels and bed sheets frequently, but never truly cleaned the floor and as we stayed for 9 days, it got quite dirty.

Disappointing

The room (apartment) itself was good enough - newly built, clean and furnished with necessary appliances and stuff. Hosts were nice and friendly. The location was good as well.

The problem was that I was misled as a customer. The apartment was offered and sold as a double-bed apartment, which was not the case. I got a single bed plus opened sofa bed which filled-in all the room and there was no space for even opening the balcony door. The balcony was extremely small and the room overlooked the street, which in fact was quite noisy. All in all - this was a single room, not for two people, let alone for maried couple. And the problem is that it was not clear before I booked it. Misleading customers is definitely something that should be rebuked.

Place I would stay again

I enjoyed the view, the balcony, the bathroom, the spacious room, and the convenient kitchenette where we could set up our coffee machine. The bed was remarkably comfortable (personal preferences). The hosts were genuinely polite and kind, though we did encounter minor communication hiccups due to language differences :) Those arriving by car need to park on the street. During our stay in mid-July, finding a parking spot near the hotel was not problematic

The bathroom sink is oddly small considering the available space. The front door of the hotel was making a loud creaking noise. And then there were the noisy guests, although that could be addressed with better etiquette.

Exceptional

The hotel is located close to the beach and there are rooms overlooking the sea. The area is nice and quiet, there is a small grocery store nearby and you can reach the marina and all the taverns on foot. There is parking near the hotel. The room was very clean and cozy. There is a small kitchenette, with electric stove and refrigerator, air conditioner. The hostess is very nice and responsive if needed. She is not at the hotel all the time but is available for any request. Definitely worth it!

The host is very kind and flexible, as are the local staff. They responded quickly to all Booking messages and were open and accommodating both online and in person. We were welcomed in person by Anastasia. She was very accommodating and kind, maximum likeability. During our stay we also met a cleaning lady who was also kind and thorough. We would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

I can mention 3 problems, which are not at all the fault of the accommodation or the host: 1. There was a lot of noise filtering into the apartment from the common staircase, but this is more a criticism of the other and noisy tourists than of the accommodation. 2. The toilet paper issue. It is good to know that in Greece, as in the whole Balkans, toilet paper cannot be thrown in the cup, but has to be collected in a bin. This is not the fault of the accommodation, it is a local thing. For us in central and western Europe, this is a very strange situation. But the reason for this is that the Greeks were using a sewer system before our time, when we didn't even know what a sewer was, and they were designed for a narrower diameter. You can get used to it, it's just weird. 3. Parking, although free, is not the easiest. We have always found a suitable one ourselves, but as there are narrow streets in the area, it is worth paying attention to the parking on both sides to accommodate cars/trucks. But this is not the fault of the accommodation either, just a given.

Superb

Well equipped kitchenette , new furniture, coffee, tea, Nutella and honey as complimentary. The studio is on a quiet street with enough parking places, and is 5 minutes walk away from the center.

The room we stayed in was a little bit too small for 2 adults and one child ( 8 years).

We are really delighted with the hospitality of the hosts. They did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We even got a better room than the one we paid for because they saw that we came with a child. That first night we were greeted by another surprise, a nicely arranged children's bed that we did not reserve. The hosts had a lot of patience with us while we asked them how to say things in Greek. My daughter also received a prize for each new Greek word she learned. We were really delighted with the hosts and the next time we come to Neos Marmaras there is no doubt that we will come to Agapaki studios again.

Great choice of accommodation if you want to explore Sidonia

Brand-new studios, fully equipped, super clean. The lady at the reception was very friendly and checking in was super easy. Beautiful view of the sea, 5 minute walk from all the restaurantes and shops of Neos Marmaras. We found parking nearby every day.

Good apartment but was written that is one-room app. It was studio and it is good for two adults and child . One bed is sofa bed....not very comfortable for adult. But it is nice ...new and very clean. The bathroom was very nice. But our room was basic and is ok only for two or three days or if you need only for sleeping. The windows are small ... Maybe the price for this room must be lower

A thoroughly enjoyable and pleasant stay hosted by friendly, professional and accommodating hosts.

The accommodation was superbly clean and the hosts were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is very special we particularly enjoyed it in the evening. It’s very near to a lovely, unspoiled beach and 15 mins enjoyable walk through the town centre. No mosquitoes! All in all, I’d highly recommend it.

Superb

Room is very clean with a great view. Everything inside the room is new,the microwave has even never used before. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us doughnuts as a farewell gift 😀 location is great,there are two small beaches just under the hotel

My only complaint is about single bed in the room,it's a bit small and not comfortable.
