Dimitros Apartment

Apartament znajduje się w centrum miasteczka, jednak w spokojnej części wystarczająco oddalonej od zgiełku wzdłuż wybrzeża. Widok na marinę - to niewątpliwie duży plus. Usytuowanie apartamentu to parter - to kolejny plus, w przypadku wnoszenia ciężkich bagaży wystarczyło dociągnąć je na kółkach od wyjście balkonowe jednego z pokoi. Sama właścicielka okazała się bardzo pomocna - gdy mieliśmy problem z zacięciem się zamka w boxie dachowym, wezwała swojego teścia z narzędziami, który pomógł nam w krótkim czasie usunąć usterkę.

Parkowanie wzdłuż dość wąskiej ulicy obok apartamentu - niestety, tu się nie dało gdzie indziej, na szczęście właścicielka miała dla nas miejsce zarezerwowane więc było ono zawsze podczas pobytu. Sam kurort wiadomo - nastawiony na turystów więc jakość dań typu np. gyros czy ceny i jakość serwowanej lokalnie kawy - już nie były takie same jak w części bardziej kontynentalnej Grecji, oddalonej od miejscowości turystycznych.

- amazing view from the balcony and it has shade and there are mosquito nets - close to the city center - the apartment was clean - well equipped with everything you needed - AC was working well - left a bottle of water for us in the fridge - we were not disturbed during our stay - it is a quiet area and it was lovely for relaxing - the apartment's furniture may be old but it is very sturdy and you can't find good pieces like that nowadays - the owner's cat was visiting us from the other balcony sometimes and loveky birds singing all day long Overall, price-quality-location ratio, you cannot find a better place in Neos Marmaras!

- 3 nights stay and only 1 towel/person provided, this needs changing every 2 days if not every day.. - no toiletries provided so bring your own - the parking situation was bit frustrating, given from the first day, the next door neighbour was commenting on us leaving our car in front of their apt's building and we had to always look for a place to park the car further away - the bath tube is so small and not much room to move in the bathroom, so beware if you have mobility issues - although old furniture is sturdy, the apartment has so much more potential to look amazing with brand new one - quite tiring to go up and down the steep streets nearby, especially in hot weather, bur for us was not such a concern though, as we travelled a lot by car, just beware - could use improving customer skills/communication as we have not received any information or message before coming, as well as for leaving so had to ask things myself in advance instead

Die Lage war perfekt. Bäcker, Metzger, kleine Supermärkte um die Ecke. Hafen, Innenstadt und Strand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ruhig gelegen. Extrem sauber. Modern eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön und der Balkon ist auch recht groß.

Der Schrank in dem einen Schlafzimmer ist sehr nah am Bett und daher nicht richtig nutzbar. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.
