Very spacious, a nice garden and a really welcoming host!

The apartment is excellent. The entire ground floor of the house with a garden and vine shade in front. We always found parking in the street in front of the house.

Nice location very close to the entrance of the city of Marmaras, close by a supermarket, by car only 2-3min going down to the center of Marmaras where the shops and the restaurants are located. The terrace is nice to have a lunch or a coffee outside. The host is kind and friendly. The apartment is quite spacious.

The host lady was quite intrusive at some moments; she started cleaning the terrace/porch while we were still in the house and our stay was not over or she would come to plant and water her garden when we were in the house. The family living just above is loud and we could hear them shouting or running around since the isolation was not so firm. The lights in the bathroom are very weak so taking a shower was not always that easy. There is only one bedroom and what we thought would be a second separate bedroom is two beds put in the same space as the kitchen without a separating door.
