Много ни хареса престоят в къщата. Беше чисто, уютно и комфортно, с удобни легла и добре оборудвана кухня. Локацията е отлична – близо до плажа и до магазини, което ни позволи да се движим лесно. Особено ни впечатли гледката от терасата и спокойната атмосфера наоколо. Собствениците бяха много мили и отзивчиви, което направи престоя ни още по-приятен.

Prime location, easy to get anywhere and lots of restaurants around

Pro: the location is perfect, you are right at the center of Neos Marmaras, on the second row of houses so still very quiet and no traffic. There is plenty of parking space on the street, no complaints from neighbors. The house has a nice garden with grass, table outside with chairs so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house size is perfect for 4-5 people, family with children or even friends since there are 2 separate bedrooms. Hot water always, no issues there. Minus: The house needs more attention to detail, cleaned throughly. The shower was leaking through one side, the glass doors were full of limescale, no microwave( very uncomfortable if you have a long stay and need to heat something up), only one pot and one pan to cook, both not in great condition. The stove looks like something from 1970 which is pretty cool and looks nice, however it smells like it belongs in 1970. 😊 Overall nice house however, as I said, however the price to quality ratio is not proportionate.

When we arrived the was very clean and the owner was waiting for us. We had more than enough towels and bed sheets. Veranda is big enough and you can make barbecue with friends. Sentrum is only 3 minutes walk and you can find everything there! High-speed Internet and free Netflix. Of course we will come back again to House Loana. Thank you!😊
