Nothing. It was perfect

My husband and I spent four wonderful nights at Dimora del Vento and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Giuseppe’s son, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. Giuseppe also sent us a helpful list of recommendations for local restaurants and shopping, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The suite is absolutely beautiful, with its original stone walls and vaulted ceilings, and it has been decorated with great care and attention to detail. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, particularly the bed, pillows and lovely linens. The romantic touches—including sparkling wine, candles, a large freestanding bathtub for two and coloured lighting around the tub—make it a perfect choice for a couple’s getaway. We also greatly appreciated the delicious local pastries, water, juices and generous supply of coffee waiting for us upon arrival, all of which were replenished during our stay. The suite was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a clothes-drying rack outside beside the charming private terrace, where we enjoyed sitting with our morning coffee. The location could not have been better: right in the heart of Monopoli, yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We were also very grateful that Giuseppe offered us a later checkout.

Very good location in the old city of Monopoli. Good mattress and pillows.

Poor directions to the place by the owner. Room felt quite damp. Shower was very tiny and did not work properly.
