TD Dimora Arcadia with Breathtaking Sea View

The location was amazing in the old town. Swimming spots close by. Restaurant's all around. The roof top terrace was great.

Lots of stairs. Different levels. Not suitable for children or anyone with mobility issues. Pre arrival forms and contract agreement unusual for a stay of 4 days. Took a 500 Euro bond on credit card for breakages or damage. No inventory of what's in apartment or damage already there. A little concerned but bond returned quickly after stay. Host very responsive to any queries. Unfortunately no hot water in main bathroom during our stay

Great place to stay. Was in a lovely courtyard close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Roof top was perfect with great views. There was a lot of refurbishment happening near the beach so were unable to use it. It will be lovely when it is completed.

The rooftop view of this place is stunning. We spent most every morning and evening up here. The rooms were clean with a modern flair, very well appointed and comfortable. Be aware that this in the ZTL zone and thus you are not allowed to drive a car in this historic area 24/7. We had to park a fair amount away and carry luggage into the zone. But… the location was great, right in the heart of the historic district and near the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Within the ztl zone and no prior arrangements to have help with our luggage

The location. The elegant ( but unpractical) design

After the full priced had been paid, the agency presented us with some contracts that we were obliged to sign. The worst part was the “house rules”; for instance, you would be charged at least €200 (!) if you put the garbage out on the wrong day - however there was no information what the correct days would be. Broken or missing items would also be charged up to 30 times the actual value, but also no documentation what items actually were present. We had a written agreement that this documentation should be presented before they blocked our account for a deposit, but this was not done. For instance the coffee machine was missing - according to contract they would have been entitled to charge us for a new one! The agency also sent us to the wrong address, and kept us waiting there for more than an hour. My husband and I are experienced travelers and have rented numerous flats, but never ever experienced something like this. The house is very highly priced and one should expect service at quite another level.
