The apartment overlooks the most suggestive cove of Monopoli (Bari) "Cala Porta Vecchia". The property has been recently restored and finely furnished and is equipped with every comfort.
The apartment is organized as follows:
- large living room / sitting room / reading corner / open space kitchen with direct access to the large panoramic terrace of 30 m2. In the living room there is a double sofa bed;
- double bedroom with room service and with panoramic balcony overlooking the sea;
- single bedroom with the possibility of an additional bed and with a panoramic window overlooking the sea and the old bell towers;
- second bathroom with comfortable shower and bidet;
- closet.
The pride of this apartment is the exclusive and splendid large panoramic terrace, at the level of the living room, with immediate view on the sea equipped with gazebo chairs - tables and deck chairs.

Stunning views from terrace! There are 36 steep steps to the apartment however when you make it to the top the views of the sea are beautiful.

There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view, and the apartment was as described. While we knew that there were steps, there were 35 steps from the building entrance to the apartment entrance, more than we expected and they were high steps. On arrival 1 of the 2 beds did not have sheets and we were told that there would be an extra charge for sheets. This was disturbing, but the sheets were provided later at no cost. Other issues were minor, and communication was good.
