Terrazza Giulia is a refined penthouse in the heart of the Murattiano district of Monopoli, a stone's throw from the famous Historical Center, located on the third floor of a historic building, designed for those who want to experience the city on foot without sacrificing comfort. Located a few steps from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, the city's main meeting point, it allows you to easily reach the historic center, the old port, the beaches, restaurants, cafes and all the main services.
The real strength of the apartment is the beautiful private terrace, a welcoming space where you can start the day with an outdoor breakfast, treat yourself to an aperitif at sunset or relax after a day spent among the sea, villages and Apulian traditions.
The modern and bright interiors are tastefully furnished and offer a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with an elegant walk-in shower, ensuring functional and comfortable environments for the duration of the stay.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for 4 adults. The fifth bed consists of a single sofa bed located in the living area, a solution recommended mainly for a child or a teenager, since it is inserted in a shared space.

From here you can easily reach some of the region's most iconic destinations, such as Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Castellana Grotte and the suggestive Valle d'Itria, experiencing a different experience every day between crystalline beaches, villages rich in history, authentic traditions, local flavors and breathtaking landscapes.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
