Artemide is a cozy apartment located on the ground floor in an elegant building consisting of only four independent units. The entrance is preceded by a small private courtyard and a few steps that lead to the house.
The apartment opens onto a welcoming open-space area, where the well-equipped kitchen integrates harmoniously with the living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The double room, bright and comfortable, is designed to guarantee moments of rest and relaxation. The rooms are completed by a private bathroom and two lovely balconies that provide natural light and a pleasant feeling of openness to the outside.
Available to all guests there is a refined shared panoramic terrace with sea view, furnished with large lounge seats, tables and solarium area with sun loungers. A welcoming and private space where you can relax in the sun, sip an aperitif at sunset or simply enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere that characterizes the structure.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.

Extra: CRIB € 50,00 Per stay (upon request), EXTRA CLEANING € 30,00 Per hour per operator (upon request), EXTRA LINEN € 25,00 Per person (upon request) Extra: Security deposit of € 500,00 charged via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 59,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 1.500 in case of damages.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival, you must complete the free online check-in.
Alternatively, you can request an assisted check-in service (€60).
It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
