The location and the view were outstanding. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very spacious and in excellent condition. Our hosts were great. We were met at the parking lot where a space was reserved, assisted in getting our car parked and guided to the apartment located in the old town where driving is restricted and challenging. It made finding the place and getting settled very easy. The place is conveniently located to most everything we wanted to see and do in Monopoli.
The great view comes at the expense of some 35 steps up a relatively narrow staircase (no elevator). We were thankful for our host’s assistance getting the bags up those stairs.

Property manager was great - very kind and helpful. The location is very good. Lovely views. Very nice to be given a bottle of wine on arrival. The owners responded positively to our feedback and I do believe they will make the improvements we suggested
Not clean enough and yet there was a charge for cleaning. For the price there should have been an electric coffee machine. The apartment could have been more welcoming - outdoor furniture set up etc and not brooms and mops left on the terrace.
