Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Jest ładny widok z tarasu.

Taras jest bardzo duży ale prawie nie do wykorzystania jak jest ciepło. Nie ma parasola . Nie ma linek na rozwieszenie prania (strojów kąpielowych). Na zdjęciach wygląda na zadbany a tak nie jest. Na wyposażeniu mógłby być również parasol na plażę. Przydałoby się więcej sprzętów. Nie ma czajnika. Pokoje są wyposażone ok ale na pewno nie jest to na pobyt dla 6 osób bo wtedy przy rozłożonych kanapach jest mało miejsca. Bardzo strome schody do apartamentu i na taras.

Skøn udsigt fra terrasserne over by og hav. Dejligt med de to toiletter og bad. 2 minutter til badning fra molen. Tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. God opdeling af lejligheden, når man er fire af sted.

Der burde være liggestole på den store skønne terrasse. Adgangen til lejligheden fra hoveddør og op var en meget stejl og smal trappe. En udfordring for dårlige knæ og korte ben.

Terrific location, quiet but central. We loved the magnificent views from the terrace, where we enjoyed every evening.

You had to walk through the second bedroom to get to the main bedroom. Difficult for privacy and in the middle of the night! Only table and chairs on the terrace. No comfortable terrace furniture as pictured on the listing. No kettle or coffee machine. 24 steep steps from the street to the apartment, but well worth the effort to get the views from the terrace!

We loved how centrally located the apartment was in the old town of Monopoli. And we absolutely loved the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee and in the evening a glass of wine. The apartment itself is well appointed, very comfortable, and has two bathrooms which is always a plus when you are a party of 4 people.

There wasn’t really anything we disliked. The steep marble stairs up to our rooftop flat is a bit of a challenge when transporting the luggage up and down, and might be an issue for someone who has bad knees and poor balance, but we are in our 50s and managed fine. A small price to pay for an apartment with a beautiful 360 degree view of the Monopoli coast and skyline.
