Terrific location, quiet but central. We loved the magnificent views from the terrace, where we enjoyed every evening.
You had to walk through the second bedroom to get to the main bedroom. Difficult for privacy and in the middle of the night! Only table and chairs on the terrace. No comfortable terrace furniture as pictured on the listing. No kettle or coffee machine. 24 steep steps from the street to the apartment, but well worth the effort to get the views from the terrace!

We loved how centrally located the apartment was in the old town of Monopoli. And we absolutely loved the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee and in the evening a glass of wine. The apartment itself is well appointed, very comfortable, and has two bathrooms which is always a plus when you are a party of 4 people.
There wasn’t really anything we disliked. The steep marble stairs up to our rooftop flat is a bit of a challenge when transporting the luggage up and down, and might be an issue for someone who has bad knees and poor balance, but we are in our 50s and managed fine. A small price to pay for an apartment with a beautiful 360 degree view of the Monopoli coast and skyline.

Location! Rooftop terrace and upstairs kitchen! 2 bathrooms. Perfect for friends. Right where we needed to be for the Monopolele Festival.
The steps are very steep, but no pain no gain. Not for people with mobility issues.

Great loccation just steps from the ocean, marvellous view from terrace.
No issues with the apartment, but it is worth mentioning that there is a VERY long, steep and narrow set of stairs getting inside, and more steep steps to get up to the terrace. If you have a heavy luggage or trouble walking, this may not be the place for you.
