The living room includes a sleeper sofa along with a television and DVD player. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the condo for added convenience. Pelican Isle is conveniently located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast. Take a dip in the outdoor pool and hot tub or enjoy the on-site fitness area. Pelican Isle is just a short walk, bike ride or drives to various shops and restaurants. It is just under two and a half miles from the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. It is also just under three miles from Wild Willyā€™s Adventure Zone and the Emerald Coast Convention Center, creating fun for the whole family.

The best part of this home is the balcony... the ocean side view. The bathroom shower & bath are also very nice. Kitchen as well except the left side of the sink would stop up and the garbage disposal would not turn on so there was a slow drain on that side. The washer worked fine however the dryer literally took several hours to dry a handful of towels. The bedding throughout the house consisted of very thin bed sheets no blankets or comforters. Another thing the pool which is right below the houses balcony can get very loud till 10pm so if you like peace and quiet after 8pm I would reserve on a higher floor.

We had a great time at this condo/complex. The pool and hot tub were rarely crowded and had great beach access. For this room specifically, all the things that matter were clean. Improvement wise I would say the couch was stained and well worn, the paint needed touched up, at the tops of the walls in several rooms would be a little spider which seems to me it hadn’t been dusted often, the step out of the glass door is a tripping hazard and the vent near the bunk beds sweat a lot which would be fine if it wasn’t near the bed. Overall, We had a great stay!

Pelican Isle offered many amenities with friendly people! The unit 313 needs some updates! The kitchen was great! The mattress in the main bedroom was worn out and had ditch in the middle! The sofa bed did not offer an option, as it too was worn out! The tub show in the main bedroom was very slippery, be careful! And the dryer was broken and the agency knew it before we got there!! We packed based on having a working washer and dryer! The unit was clean. We had a lovely time, very relaxing! Loved the chair service!
