Free beach service! 3rd floor right on the Gulf front beach. Right on the water!

Host was flexible with an early check in. Happy to have washer/dryer with soap in the condo. View was great, people were friendly. Pool, Hot tub, workout room were kept very clean.We did alot of beach walking & street side walking to restaurants & convenience stores, as we did not rent a car...Our choice & We felt very safe walking!We enjoyed our stay @ Pelican Isle & would recommend a vehicle if you want to leave the island. We used an UBER/LIFT, which was very convenient.

We loved our stay. The balcony view of the beach was beautiful, the condo was very nice, and the location was close to things to do. Would certainly stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The host was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our schedule! The condo was comfortable. The chairs and umbrella beng included were a huge plus. Having a couple outdoor places to rinse off the sand was nice. The common areas were cleaned daily too. Check in and check out were super easy too.

Pros: location was priceless just steps to the ocean. We woke up to the sounds of waves every day even with the windows and doors closed. The washer and dryer were of great value. The kitchen had most of the items needed to be self sufficient. Shower in second bath was a great size and both had good hot water. We got a lot of use of the heated pool and jacuzzi. Management was very responsive with our questions and on-site manager came quickly and to help with something a small as the router! Check in and out was quick and easy. Cons: the place itself was clean as in swept, wiped down etc but overall it’s in desperate need of deep clean and many updates. The carpet in the bedroom seems to be quite old and stained/dirty enough it didn’t feel clean enough to walk barefoot on. The caulking across the condo was cracked, walls and doors looked stained or in need of a deep clean and fresh paint. The fridge inside door was missing pieces, the stove’s burners were lopsided, the fold out mattress was absolutely NOT okay enough to sleep on as you could feel every single coil, dishwasher was old and damaged although seemed okay enough to use. The TV had no streaming capabilities so we were only able to access local channels. Overall, for the price I knew there would be some give and take. If this place would be given a facelift and updating I would have been happy to pay more for the cleanliness just because of location alone!
