Welcome to your beach retreat at Pelican Isle 305. This third-floor condo offers a direct view of the Emerald Coast, stretching from Destin to Pensacola. Okaloosa Island is known for its clear water and white sand, making it a popular destination for those who love the shore.
This beachfront unit has one bedroom and two bathrooms, with space for up to six guests. The floor plan includes a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath, along with hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, the unit features a kitchen with standard appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a balcony with a table and chairs. From March 1 through October 31, your stay includes one set of two beach chairs and an umbrella daily.
The resort provides several amenities for guests to use, including a heated Gulf-side pool, a hot tub, an on-site fitness room, and a charcoal grilling area for outdoor cooking.

Boardwalks provide a direct path to the beach, where seasonal service often includes chairs and umbrellas. Each condo includes a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. As a guest of Sunset Resort Rentals, you will receive a starter pack with essentials such as toiletries, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.

Dining options within a short distance - Stewby's Seafood Shanty is known for fresh seafood and their catch of the day, while Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters and steaks. The Shack is a waterfront spot for crabs and seafood plates, and Vincenzo's Italian Bistro features Italian cuisine and a bar area. Within walking distance, Beachview Breakfast and Grill and Asiago's Skillet are available for morning meals.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
Pool: The resort has a moderate-size ocean-front gated pool and hot tub which is open year-round. The pool is heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

We've stayed in multiple units at Pelican Isle. This unit was very clean & comfortable. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. We definitely stay here again!

The view is always impeccable. We saw dolphins from the balcony every day. But for the price, I was a little disappointed. Every condo I’ve stayed previously has had some basic items: welcome basket of snacks, couple bottles of water in the refrigerator, board games, deck of cards or card games, books for those rainy days. Beach towels, sometimes sunscreen, local tourist attractions pamphlets, and welcome book with basic info necessary. Management was lovely, the pool and hot tub were great and the beach never disappoints. My sister and I had a great time. We recently lost our mother so it was an opportunity to continue our healing process at our and her favorite place, the beach.
