Pelican Isle 205 is a gorgeously decorated condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The light and welcoming decor provides a truly at-home ambience from the moment you enter. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom on the right, featuring a large TV and bright decor and furnishings. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Nestled in the hall area on the right are twin bunk beds with high-definition Visio 24-inch TVs. At the end of the hallway is a stackable washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, and all the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living area, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Step into the inviting living area, boasting a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a TV and DVD player.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included from March through October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Loved the view. Clean, most everything you need in the kitchen. It did seem like some of the measuring spoons/ cups were missing but we were able to make do with what was available. Ifcooking every meal or staying longer than 2 nights, take toilet tissue, laudry detergent and dish detergent. Would stay again.

Perfect spot for our girl’s trip. The beach wasn’t crowded. Great view. We loved it.

Our condo had a great view of the beach and was clean. Reason for lower star rating, the shower door to the main bathroom nearly fell on our young kids while in the tub. I called multiple times to have someone come out to fix and no one showed up and continued to close our ticket. We were unable to use that shower our entire stay. Honestly I feel like we should had a little bit of money refunded back. Sheets didn’t look very clean as well. Love Fort Walton but will be finding a different place to stay next year.
